Types of Support Worker Opportunities Available:

  • Community Support: Help teenagers participate in community activities, build social connections, and develop life skills.

  • Daily Living Assistance: Support clients with daily tasks, from meal preparation to personal care, and empower them to live more independently.

  • Education Assistance: Assist with schoolwork, tutoring, or helping participants develop learning strategies that align with their individual needs.

  • Emotional Support: Be a trusted companion who listens, provides encouragement, and helps build confidence in daily interactions.

Requirements:

  • A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.

  • Working with Children’s Check.

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module

  • National Police Check.

  • Current full drivers licence and car, with insurance

  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact.

Pay:

Support workers can earn $24-$45/hr based on experience and qualifications. This casual role offers competitive pay with opportunities for career growth as Brighter Days expands.
