FAQs

  • Brighter Days Support services Melbourne's Inner South East, including Glen Eira, Stonnington, Port Phillip and parts of Monash. We support neurodivergent and autistic teenagers across 36 suburbs in these council areas.

  • We specialise in supporting neurodivergent and autistic teenagers aged 12-18. Our team understands the unique challenges young people face during these years and tailors support to each individual.

  • We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. The type of support we can provide depends on the core supports in your child's NDIS plan. If you're unsure about your funding or what it covers, speak with your support coordinator or contact us and we'll help point you in the right direction.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out via our contact page above and we'll have an initial conversation to understand your child's needs, goals and funding situation. From there we'll work out the right support plan together.

  • We focus exclusively on neurodivergent and autistic teenagers. This means everything we do, the way we communicate, plan and deliver support, is designed with that age group and those needs in mind. We're not a one-size-fits-all provider.

  • We provide support across a range of settings including the home and community, tailored to your child's goals and needs. Everyone is different, so we work with families on a case by case basis to figure out the right environment for them. Get in touch to discuss what would work best for your family.

  • Every session looks different because we tailor support to each young person's goals and needs. It might involve building independent living skills, social skills, community participation or working towards personal goals. We work with families to make sure sessions are meaningful and practical for their child.
